How many presenters do you put on your graduate recruitment roadshow?
I remember helping BT run their graduate recruitment back in the 1990s. We trained up their presenters and I was struck by the good idea that they had of using two presenters at every event. One was in their 40s and experienced, who could answer all conceivable questions and the other was in their 20s - just a year or two after graduation. It was a combination that worked well as the audience could identify well with the latter.
Anyone else use two presenters for these roadshows?
