IABC appoints Chris Sorek as Executive Director

Sorek is scheduled to officially begin his new role on July 2nd.

Sorek comes to the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) from the Drinkaware Trust in the UK. He has over 30 years of experience in communication, public affairs and community relations.

Adrian Cropley, ABC, 2011-2012 Chair, IABC, says:

"The executive board and I are thrilled to announce the appointment of Chris as IABC's new executive director. Chris brings a wealth of experience from senior international roles within associations and the corporate world. With his background as a communication professional and his experience strategically aligning and growing organizations, he is the right person for the job."
