Laura House joins Hill & Knowlton
Before joining Hill & Knowlton (H&K), House worked for Buck Consultants and spent 5 years at Ogilvy Internal Communications.
In her new role at H&K, House brings strong experience developing creative and strategic solutions in change, engagement and reward communication. Her key strength is her ability to help clients break free of the traditional approaches to employee communication and engagement. She has developed and led innovative and award-winning programmes for Zurich Financial Services and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. She also led large multi-national communications projects for clients that have included BP, Nestle, Cisco and Transport for London.

House has a particular interest in developing and running face-to-face interventions, including training, workshops and events, as a means of engaging employees with strategic business objectives. She also has great experience and is a passionate advocate about the use of film to engage internal audiences.
Scott McKenzie, Head of Change and Internal Communications at Hill & Knowlton, said of the appointment:
"I'm delighted to welcome someone of Laura's calibre into our practice. She has a proven track record of creative problem solving across a range of sectors. She has worked with an impressive list of clients and her deep agency background means she will hit the ground running."
