Yammer expanding to New York City

The San Francisco-based enterprise social networking site plans to open a 13,500-square-foot office in Manhattan by the end of the summer.
Yammer expects to house 100 employees at the new office.
According to CBRE Group Inc., who represented Yammer in the real estate deal, the company "wanted to be somewhere the employees would be excited to be."
Yammer is the latest West Coast tech company to set up shop in New York. Google is just around the corner.
