A scare in the air

British Airways passengers recently received a frightening announcement over the PA system on board a recent flight from London to Hong Kong. Luckily, it was all a mistake.
Turns out a crew member accidentally pressed the wrong button, which played the message, "This is an emergency. We may shortly need to make an emergency landing on water."
The BA cabin crew quickly reassured the 275 passengers that the message was false and that everyone was safe.
The airline issued an apology.
