29 August, 2010 - 16:18
Reporter Stuart Forbes joins the team starting this month as a full-time simplyfier at simply-goodadvice.

Prior to his new role, Stuart worked as a copywriter for 18 months and also helped pen a book about the history of the World Trade Fair, sponsored by DHL for distribution at the 2010 Expo in Shanghai.

Stuart holds an MA in Journalism from Goldsmiths College, London and a First Class Philosophy Degree from University College London.

He tells simply-communicate:

“I am very excited to be part of the simply team. I've been working with Marc Wright and Daniel Penton at simplygoodadvice as a freelancer since April, so I've had a great chance to experience the energy, creativity and consummate know-how of the whole simply team.”

Along with bringing his writing talents to simplygoodadvice where he will be creating and advising on content, Stuart will also contribute articles to simply-communicate.

Commenting on Stuart’s appointment, simplygroup Chairman Marc Wright says:

“Stuart is a talented writer and we are really pleased that he has joined us full-time. He is part of the new generation of ‘simplyfiers’ who are helping our clients communicate simply and effectively to their colleagues. His journalistic skills will also be put to good use in articles for our simply readers.”

Stuart points out, “This is a great time to be working in internal communications - and I know that, at simply, I'll be part of a team that prides itself on being the first to know of any exciting new changes, trends and technologies in the field.”
